Vacation Home Maintenance, Prep, and Concierge Services

Inspection Services: Weekly or Monthly

$65 per hour

Customized monthly multi-point inspections of your home, property, and any outbuildings.

A post-inspection email with pictures and/or an immediate consultation via Skype or FaceTime, if needed.

Basic handyman work, such as replacing air filters, light bulbs, or fixing a stuck window.

Watering all potted plants to ensure they survive your absence.

Starting cars and checking the tires to ensure you're vehicles are good to go.

Inspecting boat house/dock to ensure boats and other water devices are properly secured.

Checking decks and walkways for structural issues such as loose boards or obvious loose nails.

Looking for signs of rodents/pests/or insects, such as ant trails or wasp nests.

Checking for signs of water damage inside the home from roof or plumbing leaks.

Checking for any signs of vandalism or theft and ensuring all windows and doors remain locked.

Making sure heating and cooling systems are working properly and set to your desired temperature.

Inspecting the exterior of all buildings for siding/roof damage from any storms or wind.

Collecting mail to ensure the house continues to look lived in and cared after.

Flushing toilets, running showers, and checking under the sinks for leaks.

Arrival Prep/Departure Cleanup

$65 per hour (1 hr minimum)

Boat/Jet Ski prep, including uncovering, cleaning, and ensuring boats are fueled and ready to go.

Preparing water accessories, including tubes and other towables.

Grocery pickup, if needed.

Cleaning debris from dock and walkways, and removing any spiderwebs or wasps nests.

Deflating water toys for storage.

Covering and securing boats/jet skis.

Cleaning of boats, docks, and other outdoor spaces.

Scheduling any needed services.

And more. This service is completely customizable based on your needs.

Project Liaison

$65 per hour (1 hr minimum)

Meeting with contractors, landscapers, or handymen so you don't have to.

Providing you with ongoing communication on the status of your project.

Recommending local service providers based on your needs.

Supplying you with digital photographs and videos if needed.

Mitigating any problems on your behalf.

Coordinating boat repairs/maintenance, such as winterizing.
